Man Dies After Scottsdale Road Rage Shooting: Police
A man shot in a fight in Scottsdale on Sunday that police said was motivated by road rage has died of his injuries.
SCOTTSDALE, AZ — A man shot in an altercation stemming from road rage in Scottsdale on Sunday has died from his injuries.
Nathan Lindman, 42, and a 27-year-old man police declined to identify were involved in a fight near 114th Street and Jenan Drive, Scottsdale police said.
Lindman followed the other man home to his apartment complex near Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and Via Linda just after 1 p.m., where a fight ensued in the parking lot, Officer Kevin Watts, a spokesperson for the Scottsdale Police Department, said.

Mid-argument, Lindman reached into his bag. The other man involved pulled out his gun and shot Lindman out of fear for his life, Watts said. Lindman, with gunshot wounds, drove out of the parking lot and crashed into another car. He was taken to the hospital where he eventually died.
The other man involved in the altercation stayed on scene and no one else was involved
