Here are the top three stories today in Scottsdale:

  1. A new Scottsdale-themed Monopoly board game launched Tuesday, Jan. 17. The themed game replaces traditional properties from the Monopoly game with Scottsdale landmarks, such as Old Town Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak Park. The game will go on sale on Tuesday. (ABC15 Arizona in Phoenix)
  2. The Scottsdale Police Department announced that one of its canine officers recently passed away. Kane, a Scottsdale Police K-9, was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive cancer and passed away from the disease on Jan. 16. (12 News)
  3. Barrett-Jackson announced that it is planning to sell five vehicles for charity during its upcoming event in Scottsdale. The 2023 Scottsdale Auction will run Jan. 21-29 at Westworld and will feature the five cars sold over two days with each car benefiting a different charity. (Arizona's Family)
