Scottsdale Police Department: DUI Task Force For The WM Phoenix Open

Scottsdale, Arizona (February 8, 2022) The Scottsdale Police Department, in collaboration with the Tempe Police Department, the Department of Public Safety, and the Salt River Police Department, will be conducting a DUI Task Force from February 8th through February 12th, 2022, for the WM Phoenix Open.

The goal of the officers assigned to the Task Force is to contact those drivers who have made the disastrous decision to drive impaired and remove them from the roadway before they hurt themselves or others.

As always, the best choice someone can make, should they plan on consuming alcoholic beverages or using recreational marijuana, is to find some other form of transportation that does not involve them operating a motor vehicle.
