Fatal Crash Shuts Down Part of I-10 In Tucson

The Department of Public Safety is unsure how long the section of interstate will be closed.

TUCSON, AZ — One person died in a crash that shut down part of Interstate-10 in Tucson, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

The three-vehicle crash Monday morning happened on westbound I-10 near the Grant Road exit, according to the department. A portion of I-10 West near the grant road exit was closed Monday morning and the department did not know when it would reopen.

The department did not release any more information about the wreck.
