AGOURA HILLS, CA — Thanksgiving is nearly here and people in Agoura Hills are busy planning the perfect menu for this year’s holiday dinner.
In the rush to make a complete holiday meal for the entire family, it’s quite possible we’ll forget an item or two on our grocery lists. Fortunately, plenty of grocery stores across California will be open Thanksgiving Day to pick up the forgotten rolls or the missing can of cranberry sauce.

Trader Joe's, 28941 Canwood St: Closed.
Ralphs, 5727 Kanan Rd: Ralphs locations will close at 10 p.m. for the Thanksgiving holiday and pharmacies will be closed all day.

Vons, 5671 Kanan Rd: Vons will be open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday.
Target Grocery, 30740 Russell Ranch Rd: Closed.
Conejo Kosher Market, 30317 Canwood St: Open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thanksgiving Day.
Agoura Deli & Mart, 5003 Kanan Rd: Closed.
Albertsons: A majority of stores will be open on Thanksgiving Day, though most stores will adjust hours. Select pharmacies will also be closed or have adjusted hours. The location at 26521 Agoura Road will be open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
CVS: All 24-hour CVS Pharmacy locations will remain open with regular hours on Thanksgiving. Non-24-hour CVS Pharmacy locations will close at 5 p.m. Some locations may have reduced pharmacy hours or may be closed for the holiday. The company recommends calling ahead to confirm store hours.
Gelson's: 22277 Mulholland Hwy: Gelson's will be open Thanksgiving Day from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The wine bar will be closed Thursday.
Grocery Outlet Bargain Market: Most Grocery Outlet locations across the Golden State will be open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Kroger: Stores will be open but hours will vary by region. Call ahead to your local store to confirm hours.
Rite Aid: Most Rite Aid stores will be open on Thanksgiving Day, but hours will vary depending upon location. Customers should check Rite Aid’s website for local store hours.
Safeway: A majority of stores will be open on Thanksgiving Day, though most stores will adjust hours. Select pharmacies will also be closed or have adjusted hours. Customers should check with their local store to confirm hours.
Stater Bros: All stores in California will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Vallarta Supermarkets: Most supermarkets across California will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Vons: Locations will be open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Thanksgiving.
Walgreens: Most Walgreens stores will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Walgreens stores and pharmacies that operate 24 hours will be open, with other select pharmacies open with modified hours. Customers are encouraged to check their local store hours before heading out.
