Alameda Affordable Housing Applications Open Until Feb. 7
Alameda residents can now apply to live at Rosefield Village, a downtown, mixed-income apartment complex.
ALAMEDA, CA — Alameda residents have until Monday, Feb. 7 at 5 p.m. to apply for an apartment at Rosefield Village, a mixed-income family housing development.
The complex, located at 727 Buena Vista Avenue in downtown Alameda, has expanded to 92 solar-powered units. Any household earning 20-80% of the Area Median Income (anywhere from $19,180 to $144,700, depending on household size; see linked chart for numbers) is eligible to apply for units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Employees of the Alameda Unified School District earning 20-80% of the Area Median Income are also eligible to apply.
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. The minimum income and rent are listed on the application website.
