Alameda Earns High Marks In Niche Report

ALAMEDA, CA — Niche.com is a data company that provides insight into neighborhoods and schools throughout the United States. So how does Alameda fare overall?

Alameda is ranked No. 131 (out of 6,805 cities) in the “Best Suburbs for Young Professionals in America” category; No. 470 (out of 6,805 cities) in the “Healthiest Cities in America” category; and No. 807 (out of 6,805) in the “Best Cities for Young Professionals in America” category.

Niche also has “Report Cards” for cities that are based on multiple factors. They feature letter grades ranging from A+ to F, much like school report cards.
