Alameda Lands Spot On Best Sports Bars List

ALAMEDA, CA — The Raiders, A's and Warriors have all moved away from Oakland, leaving East Bay fans to cheer virtually.

Eater SF pulled together an updated list of the best sports bars, a place to "pull up a stool at the bar, grab a table with friends, and go for cold drinks, good food, and a great time with your crew while watching a game."

Included on the list is McGee's in Alameda. "This welcoming, no-frills watering hole has over a dozen TVs, both an outdoor dining patio, and live music on the weekends," Eater SF writes. "The food rotates between Paisano’s Italian wings, ‘za and sandos, and Areito Latino’s Puerto Rican tostones, tacos, and epic Salzon smash burger."

McGee's is located at 1645 Park Street at Alameda.
