Bay6 Women's Clothing Moves into South Shore Center

The store, which opened on Dec. 15, is the first to open in the East Bay.

A new business has recently filled an empty storefront at South Shore Center.

Bay6, which specializes in misses and teen clothing moved into space 2243, near Panera Bread.

"We have everything from basic tanks to cocktail dresses and yoga gear," said Assistant Store Manger Lisa Rogers.

Rogers said shipments are made every week from Los Angeles, so new items are always coming in.

Bay6 has been open since Dec. 15 and is the first to open in the East Bay. It also has locations in Downtown Sacramento, Roseville Galleria, Solano Mall in Fairfield and Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento.

Around a dozen employees are employeed at the Alameda store.

Store hours are Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
