• Clement Avenue/Tilden Way Project (alamedapost.com) — Expect a long-term right-lane closure on westbound Tilden Way near the Miller-Sweeney Bridge starting December 30 as Alameda begins Stage 1 of the Clement Avenue/Tilden Way safety project. The work will extend Clement Avenue, add a roundabout, improve bike and pedestrian paths, and eventually create a new dog park, with shifting detours but at least one open lane in all directions.
