Join us for a very special practice!

Mindful Slow Flow is a slower, intentional yoga class designed to help you mindfully move through a sequence that is both centering and grounding. With an emphasis on breath awareness, each posture is approached with presence and care, allowing you to deepen your connection between body and mind. This class invites you to release tension, soften resistance, and cultivate inner balance as you move through a fluid and calming practice.

By aligning movement with breath, you will attain deeper levels of relaxation and restore a sense of spaciousness throughout your entire system. The class concludes with a 10-minute final relaxation, offering the nervous system time to down-regulate and enhancing the integration of the practice leaving you feeling more open, fluid, and at ease - both physically and mentally.
