Join us for a 75-minute deeply restorative class and experience the profound benefits of this slow-paced, meditative practice.
This session will start with breathing techniques to ground you, down regulate the nervous system and increase the healing benefits of the Yin Yoga practice.
Yin Yoga targets the deeper tissues of the body, such as the connective tissues, joints, and bones. Through gentle, longer-held passive stretches, we will release tension and stress, allowing our bodies and minds to relax and unwind. As you surrender into each pose, your mind will quiet and your spirit will lift, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and at peace.
Delve deeper into the practice and discover that Yin is a journey of tissue rejuvenation, nourishing the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints that support our entire being. By honoring these tissues, we will cultivate greater flexibility, resilience, and overall well-being.
