Crews Knock Down Fire Outside Oakland Warehouse
Four fire engines and two trucks arrived to tackle the blaze.
OAKLAND, CA — Fire crews in Oakland knocked down a fire outside a warehouse Sunday night, according to the Fire Department.
The fire occurred next to a single-story warehouse at 24th Street near Valley Street and the call came in at about 9:16 p.m., according to Oakland Fire Department spokesperson Michael Hunt.
Four fire engines and two trucks arrived to tackle the blaze and it was knocked down in roughly 20 minutes, Hunt said.

The fire made minimal spread into the warehouse, with no injuries and no major damage, Hunt said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
