Hail, 40 MPH Winds Forecast For Bay Area Tuesday Morning

A flood advisory remains in effect for the Bay Area as showers continue throughout the day.

ALAMEDA, CA — The National Weather Service issued a special weather statement this morning advising of strong winds and hail throughout the Bay Area as an atmospheric river continues to soak the area.

Gusts of wind could reach in excess of 40 mph.

Pea-sized hail and intense rain is also included in the advisory.
