Missing East Bay Boy, 10, Considered 'At Risk'

Authorities are asking for help locating a 10-year-old boy who was last seen Wednesday.

OAKLAND, CA — Police are searching for a missing boy last seen Wednesday afternoon, the Oakland Police Department announced Thursday.

Ezekiel Williams was last seen at 1:30 p.m. in the 900 block of 66th Avenue in Oakland. He is considered "at risk" due to his age.

Williams is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes, according to the Oakland Police Department. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, a blue shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

Williams' family reported to police that he is nonverbal autistic and familiar with public transportation.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call the Missing Persons unit at 510-238-3641 or dial 9-1-1.
