Missing East Bay Girl, 11, Considered 'At Risk'

OAKLAND, CA — Police are searching for a missing girl last seen early Monday morning in Oakland, the Oakland Police Department announced Wednesday.

The 11-year-old girl was last seen around 2 a.m. Monday near the 8000 block of MacArthur Boulevard and Ritchie Street in Oakland, authorities said. She is considered "at risk" due to her age.

She is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes, according to the Oakland Police Department. She was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, leopard print pants and black shoes when she disappeared. She is believed to be on foot, police said.
