Road Closed In East Bay Due To Repairs

ALAMEDA, CA — Both eastbound lanes on Webster Street, from Lincoln to Atlantic Avenue/Ralph Appezzato Memorial Parkway, are closed to repair a water main break, said City of Alameda officials Monday morning.

Officials warned people to drive with caution.

The water main break was first reported around 6 p.m. Sunday night, causing flooding near Webster Street and Buena Vista Avenue, according to the City of Alameda Fire Department. Webster Street was closed Sunday night.
