Suspects Sought In Deadly Bay Area Home Invasion Robbery
Police are asking for the public's help in finding two suspects responsible for a 2021 home invasion where a man was killed.

OAKLAND, CA — Oakland police are asking for the public's help in finding two suspects they believe are responsible for a deadly home invasion about four years ago.
The suspects are accused of fatally shooting Dirk Tillotson while trying to rob an East Oakland home in October 2021.
The first suspect is a thin male measuring anywhere from five feet, 9 inches tall to six feet, according to the Oakland Police Department. He was wearing gray or light colored clothing, including a sweatshirt, on the night of the deadly robbery, police said.

The other suspect is of medium build, roughly about the same height as the first suspect, police said. Security camera photos captured him wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored pants with stripes on the sides and white shoes with a black trim.
