ALTADENA, CA — The Altadena Sheriff's Station has released the latest crime blotter for the week.
Incidents featured in the blotter occurred from Oct. 18 to 23.
Monday, Oct. 18th

9:55 a.m. – A car burglary occurred in the 2500 block of Marengo Avenue. The suspect or suspects entered the car by cutting the lock. The stolen items include multiple power tools include a saw and angle grinder.
9:16 p.m. – A 45-year-old person from El Monte was arrested in the area of Woodbury Road and Navarro Avenue for public intoxication.

Tuesday, Oct. 19th
Between 8:50 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. – A battery occurred in the 2900 block of El Nido Drive. The suspects have been identified.
Wednesday, Oct. 20th
Between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – A car burglary occurred in the 4000 block of Chaney Trail. The suspect(s) entered the car by punching the door lock. A black backpack was stolen from the car.
Thursday, Oct. 21st
Between 9:00 p.m. and 8:20 a.m. Friday – A car burglary occurred in the 200 block of Acacia Street. The suspect(s) entered the car via unknown means. A cellphone was stolen but later recovered in the immediate area.
Saturday, Oct. 23rd
Between 2:00 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. – A grand theft from a car occurred in the 300 block of Acacia Street. The catalytic converter of a 2002 Ford F350 was stolen.
12:35 p.m. – A car burglary and grand theft occurred in the 1600 block of E. Loma Alta Drive. The suspect(s) entered the car by shattering the window. Two chainsaws and a leaf blower were stolen.
