UPDATE: Second Avenue Reopened

2:15 p.m. Second Avenue has been reopened, according to the Arcadia Police Department.

1 p.m. From an Advisory

Second Avenue is currently closed to all traffic between Huntington Drive and Bonita Street due to electrical wires causing a hazard.

Southern California Edison has been notified and is responding. We hope to have the roadway open by 3 p.m.

Please avoid the area until approximately 3:30 p.m.
