City Of Arcadia: New Utility Billing Customer Portal

As part of the City of Arcadia’s continuous effort to provide customers with the best possible service, the City is excited to announce that on Monday, November 8, 2021, we will be transitioning to a new Customer Portal & Utility Billing Platform. The new Customer Portal will offer a more enhanced customer experience and a more convenient way to pay your water and sewer bill online.  Existing and incoming customers can look forward to a new user-friendly design and will be able to:

  • Setup and manage automatic payments
  • View an electronic copy of your bill
  • Set up paperless billing and manage your e-bill notifications
  • View payment, usage, and bill history
  • Manage and pay multiple billing accounts
  • Access account monitoring tools.

During the transition period, customers will not be able to pay their water and sewer utility bill online through the City’s existing payment portal starting Thursday, November 4 at 5:30 p.m. PST and ending Monday, November 8 at 6:00 a.m. PST. Please do not worry if you cannot pay your bill online during this transition period.  The City is currently not shutting off water services.  Online bill pay will resume Monday, November 8, 2021 through the new Customer Portal.For questions or more information please contact the Public Works Services Department at (626) 254-2700 or wb@ArcadiaCA.gov.
