Man, Woman Shot To Death In Arcadia

Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department were assisting Arcadia police in the investigation of the homicides.

ARCADIA, CA — A man and a woman were shot and killed Sunday in Arcadia, and detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department were assisting Arcadia police in the investigation of the homicides.

The shooting was reported at 11:05 a.m. in the 600 block of Huntington Drive, Deputy Eva Jimenez reported.

Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Their names will be withheld pending notification of next of kin.

Sheriff's officials said the motive for the killings was unknown at this point.

The shooter or shooters remain at large and there was no suspect description available, Jimenez said.
