Assemblyman Roger Hernandez Acquitted of DUI Charges
Jurors on Monday found state Assemblyman Roger Hernandez, not guilty of misdemeanor drunken driving.

Assemblyman Roger Hernandez was acquitted Monday by a Jury of
"I’m grateful to our judicial system for a fair and impartial process. I look forward to continuing to focus on my constituents, and the people of the San Gabriel Valley," said Hernandez in a statement sent to Patch.
"California faces huge challenges and I intend to be part of positive solutions.”

Hernandez was arrested on March under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. saying at the time that he had only consumed a couple of glasses of wine.
Hernandez, whose district includes Baldwin Park, and according to the charges filed by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's office.
