Fire On I-10 In Calimesa Causes Traffic Headache

CALIMESA, CA — A vehicle fire jammed traffic late Monday afternoon on eastbound Interstate 10 in Calimesa.

The fire was reported shortly before 4:30 p.m., just east of Singleton Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Updates on the cause of the fire and any injuries were unavailable.

At least one traffic lane was closed. Sigalert shows the traffic is backed up into Yucaipa.
