Pass Area Veterans Expo Set For Jan. 21 In Beaumont
The free event takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Jan. 21 at the Albert A. Chatigny Community Recreation Center, 1310 Oak Valley Parkway.
BEAUMONT, CA — Military, veterans, their family members and friends who need information about benefits currently available to them are encouraged to attend this month's Pass Area Veterans Expo.
The free networking event takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Jan. 21 at the Albert A. Chatigny Community Recreation Center, 1310 Oak Valley Parkway.
According to Pass Area Veterans Expo organizer Anita Worthen, dozens of agencies will be on hand to assist individuals and families with questions about health care, veterans benefits, education and work opportunities, as well as new state laws impacting military personnel and veterans. Elected officials from across the Inland Empire will also be in attendance, Worthen said.

"It's a great place to meet people and find out about available services," she said.
The upcoming event will also feature breakout sessions and refreshments. Additionally, officials with the Palm Springs Air Museum will be present, Worthen said.
