He was arrested after the 14-year-old girl he trained at Stars Prep spoke to law enforcement, Santa Ana Police Department Sgt. Maria Lopez said.

She reportedly captured a video recording of a conversation she had with Flores last year, where he can be heard asking her if she "deleted everything." He could also be heard asking if she would go on a date with him.

The girl gave a copy of the recording to police, who immediately launched an investigation, authorities said. On Tuesday, Santa Ana detectives discovered that the recording of the conversation between Flores and the victim had gone viral on several social media sites.

Detectives also learned that a second victim, the 15-year-old girl from Irvine, reported similar claims to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department in August. That incident was being investigated by Riverside detectives.

Stars Prep founder Jason David posted a video statement on the program's Instagram account, announcing his support for the investigation into Flores.

"The STARS family has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual misconduct and we have severed all ties with Mr. Flores. Moreover, we are fully cooperating with the Santa Ana Police Department’s investigation," he said.
