The ex-wife of Doug Zerby, the man fatally shot by Long Beach police who mistook a hose nozzle for a gun, offered an emotional eulogy via e-mail to KFI's John and Ken Show on Tuesday, where it was posted on the station's website along with photos of her son and his dad.

Friends of Zerby, 35, shot Sunday outside his friend's Belmont Shore home, confirmed that the photo was Zerby and his son River, 8, and that the woman only identified as Stephanie was his former wife.
