House Fire Briefly Threatens Neighboring Homes: Vallejo FD

Fire officials shared a video of the two-alarm house fire.

VALLEJO, CA — Fire crews contained a two-alarm blaze that displaced two people in northwest Vallejo late Sunday night, according to fire officials. The blaze was first reported around 11 p.m. in the 1700 block of Severus Drive in a neighborhood west of state Highway 29 and east of the Napa River.

Fire officials said firefighters arrived to find a single-story home well involved in fire, with structures threatened around it. A search of the home didn't find anyone inside.

No firefighters or residents were injured, and the blaze was contained in about 30 minutes. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
