The chase ended in the 200 block of Cadloni Lane, where the driver parked and ran home, police said. He surrendered after being surrounded.

Officers said the driver told them he was fleeing because there were warrants for his arrest. A records check revealed four: two for kidnapping, shooting at a dwelling and assault with a deadly weapon.
