BENICIA, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?

Laboratory professionals rarely if ever get mentioned get mentioned by our media outlets as being a front-line soldier in this battle with the virus, but they are, and this is a shoutout to Lisa and all those in the labs who are braving these dangerous conditions.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:

Lisa is wired to serve others and enjoys her career as a CLS and microbiology.
