Marijuana Ordinance Delayed To Dec. 5 Council Meeting

The City Council will discuss cannabis uses in Benicia in a future meeting.

BENICIA, CA -- An ordinance that would regulate the use of cannabis has been delayed to a future City Council meeting, it was announced Tuesday afternoon.

"Three of the City Council members have potential conflicts created by the location of their residence and/or business properties that would prevent them from participating in the discussion and voting on this agenda item," the announcement read.
