
SOLANO COUNTY, CA — A plane overturned Monday at the Rio Vista Municipal Airport, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. The Sopwith Pup overturned around 12:30 p.m.
The pilot was the only one on board and was not injured, FAA spokesman Ian Gregor said.
