Solano Sheriff Arrests 6 in Sex Offender Sweep in Vallejo

Six men were arrested in Vallejo on Saturday during a Sex Offender Sweep by Solano County Sheriff's Office. 

The department's Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement (S.A.F.E.) Task Force, Solano County Probation, and State Parole joined efforts to conduct compliance checks on 33 subjects in the city of Vallejo to ensure they were abiding by the terms and conditions of their probation and parole, according to a release: 

The mission is to reduce violent sexual assault crimes through proactive surveillance and arrests of habitual sex offenders and keeping the public informed on registered sex offenders in the community.

As a result of the checks, 27 of the subjects were found to be in compliance, six arrests were made and one criminal complaint was filed with the District Attorney’s Office. The following subjects were arrested:

• Wiley Dunn, 48 years old, was arrested in the 300 block of Pembroke Drive, Vallejo. Dunn was in possession of pornography, which is a violation of his probation terms.
• Reginald Fair, 56 years old, was arrested in the 100 block of Devonshire Street, Vallejo. Fair possessed a methamphetamine pipe under his pillow, which is against his probation terms.
• William Hall, 46 years old, was arrested in the 100 block of Wendy Street, Vallejo. Hall had removed his GPS tracking ankle bracelet and was staying at an unauthorized location, which was in violation of his state parole terms.
• Robert Jones, 47 years old, was arrested in the 100 block of Rounds Street, Vallejo. He tested positive for recent consumption of alcohol, which is in violation of his state parole terms.
• Rodney Nicholson, 43 years old, was arrested in the 500 block of Main Street, Vallejo. He was in possession of pornography, which is a violation of his state parole terms.
• Tommie Traylor, 41 years old, was arrested in the 10 block of Mariposa Street, Vallejo. He was in possession of a picture of a young female, which is a violation of his parole terms.
