Berkeley Residential Burglary Probed
The burglary occurred at around 1:50 a.m. Friday at 2499 Piedmont Ave. UC Berkeley police said.
BERKELEY, CA — Authorities are asking for the public’s help investigating a Berkeley residential burglary.
The burglary occurred at around 1:50 a.m. Friday at 2499 Piedmont Ave. UC Berkeley police said.
A resident found the burglar in their room laying on their bed and using their computer, police said.

The suspect is believed to have entered the building through a window, according to police.
The suspect is described as bearded male, approximately 25 years old, who was wearing a jacket, police said.

The suspect was last seen leaving the location westbound on Dwight Way, police said.
