Beverly Hills Hazardous, Electronic Waste Collection Set For Sat.
Although hosted by and taking place in Beverly Hills, Saturday's Household Hazardous Waste Roundup is open to all L.A. County residents.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA -- The City of Beverly Hills hosts its annual Household Hazardous Waste and E-Waste Roundup this weekend. It's scheduled for 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sat., Sept. 25, 2021 at West Third Street, between Foothill Road and Civic Center Drive.
Although hosted by and taking place in Beverly Hills, the roundup is open to all L.A. County residents.
Hazardous Waste Collection Events, operated by the County and Sanitation Districts, are one-day, drive-through collection events where residents are invited to drive to a specific location to drop off their household hazardous waste and electronic waste (e-waste). There is a limit of 15 gallons or 125 pounds of hazardous waste per trip.

Toxic chemicals typically found in a household include oven cleaner, pool supplies, used motor oil and oil paint products. The city advises to not place any of these unused items or other toxic chemicals into any container. Only empty toxic containers, with lids removed, should be placed with your trash.
