• The Burlingame Public Library Board of Trustees meets Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Public Library.
• will hold its Harvest Walk-a-Thon at 1 p.m. on Tuesday on the Franklin turf.
• The Burlingame Mother's Club is holding a screening of Miss Representation Wednesday at the Bayside Performing Arts Center. The film explores the media's hand in under representing powerful women.
• The Parks and Recreation Commission meets Thursday at 7 p.m. in City Hall’s Conference Room A.
• The Burlingame Library Foundation’s Fall Book Sale begins Thursday at 3 p.m. in the Lane Community Room. It continues through Sunday.

• Community Gatepath is holding its “Power of Possibilities” breakfast Thursday morning at 8 at the Burlingame Marriott.
