A big rig truck leaking fuel is blocking the slow lane of the 101 Freeway north at Parkway Calabasas and traffic is backed up for miles, according to officials of the California Highway Patrol. The cause of the accident is not known, said Officer Smith; however, the CHP received the call at 11:15 a.m. There are no reports of injuries. Traffic delays are currently up to 90 minutes, and a Sigalert will remain in affect for at least another hour.
