Calling All Architects, Designers And Engineers: Calabasas Could Use Your Help
The city's Architectural Review Panel is seeking applications for new members, who will help determine the look of new development.
CALABASAS, CA — Got an eye for design? The city is seeking applicants interested in serving on its Architectural Review Panel.
The body meets twice monthly to review proposed commercial and residential development in areas throughout the city. Critiquing elements including color, mass, architectural expression, view lines and site landscaping, the panel examines proposals to encourage them to adhere to the scale and character within the existing community.
Panel members can include, but aren't limited to, landscape architects, urban planners, engineers and builders/developers.

Members must reside or be employed in or near Calabasas and have the ability to read and interpret architectural and site-plan information. Members serve two-year terms.
Applications must be submitted by 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 16.
