Watch Candidates Go Head-To-Head Wednesday For LA Co. District 3

CALABASAS, CA — Lindsey Horvath and Henry Stern will go head-to-head at a candidate forum Wednesday evening to discuss their plans for District 3.

Horvath and Stern are among six candidates vying for a seat on the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors currently held by Sheila Kuehl. Voters will make their choice on June 7 for the district that covers from Malibu to Hollywood and including the San Fernando Valley extending from Sylmar to Chatsworth.

Wednesday's forum will take place online at 7:30 p.m. and will be hosted by Northridge Indivisible, a local branch of a political advocacy group. Visit the organization's website to watch the forum.

Horvath currently serves on the West Hollywood City Council and Stern is a state senator covering an area similar to District 3. Learn more about Horvath and Stern's priorities on their campaign websites.

Horvath, Stern and their competitor state Senator Bob Hertzberg discussed issues like homelessness and public safety at a forum on May 4. The forum was hosted by the Los Angeles Business Council and Spectrum News 1.

California election districts have changed this year, meaning locals may find themselves in a different district with a different incumbent than the last election. District 3 changed to include more of the San Fernando Valley but lost some of Hollywood to District 5.
