Man Identified In Campbell-San Jose Shooting: Police

The early Monday shooting killing 1 and injuring 1 occurred near Campbell between Williamsburg Drive and South Winchester Boulevard: Police.

SAN JOSE, CA — The man who died in a shooting in San Jose not far from the city of Campbell that also injured one early Monday morning has been identified as 29-year-old Fernando Andrade, the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner's Office reported.

The shooting was reported at 12:23 a.m. near the intersection of Williamsburg Drive and South Winchester Boulevard, San Jose police Sgt. Enrique Garcia said. One victim died at a hospital and another was treated at the scene for a graze gunshot wound.

No arrest has been made and the shooting is under investigation, according to Garcia. The Santa Clara County medical examiner's office will release the identity of the victim pending the notification of his next of kin.
