Another Campbell Business Closes Less Than a Year After Opening

Another door in downtown Campbell will close at the end of this month.
Carla deQuant Gallery, which sells venetian masks as well as artwork produced by deQuant and hosted various art workshops, is closing Feb. 28, but she is hopeful of the opportunities to come.

"It’s beautiful and that’s life. When something closes, the transition gives you bigger opportunity," deQuant says. "I'm leaving Campbell with a myriad of opportunities before my eyes. But I will come back …"
Already deQuant has several opportunities on the table including with the Capital Club of San Jose and the Pruneyard Plaza Hotel.

DeQuant’s gallery is aiming for a spot in the city of Saratoga, but will take her time. From there, the sky is the limit.
"Everything is happening in a good way," she says.
