Armed Robbery Suspects Wanted By San Jose Police

Officers need the public's help locating these suspects who pointed a gun at the clerk at the Shan Market on Julian Street a few weeks ago.

SAN JOSE, CA -- The police department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying and locating two armed robbery suspects shown in the photos and linked video.

On Jan. 25 at about 10:13 p.m., an armed robbery occurred at the Shan Market located at 1250 E. Julian St. in San Jose. Both suspects entered the store, confronted the clerk and demanded money and two bottles of liquor. The first suspect was armed with a handgun. Both suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of money.

Suspect No. 1 is described as an Hispanic male, 18 to 25 years-old, standing 5 feet, 7-10 inches tall, weighing 180 to 200 pounds, wearing a black “The North Face” windbreaker jacket with a hood, blue jeans and black shoes. He was armed with a silver semi-automatic pistol that he concealed in the waistband of his pants.

Suspect #2 is described as an Hispanic male, 18 to 25 years old, standing 5 foot, 6-9 inches tall, weighing 140 to 160 lbs., with a thin mustache, wearing a black windbreaker jacket with a hood, red hat, blue jeans with a black/white stripe on the side, black shoes. He was also carrying a bag with black/red/yellow/green stripes on it.
