Campbell Business Celebrates a Decade Downtown
Moonfyre Metaphysical is "the best kept secret in Campbell," says purchasing manager Daniel Vorheis.
Campbell resident Daniel Vorheis moved to the Orchard City 25 years ago and never left. In 2003, Rocky Arambula opened Moonfyre Metaphysical in the current Urban Girl location.
"We've been here ever since," Vorheis says.

The downtown Campbell business is celebrating its 10-year anniversary March 22 with cupcakes and a chance to chit chat with the staff.
"The whole atmosphere in Campbell ... you don’t get that in Los Gatos or Saratoga," he says. "I grew up in Watsonville and Campbell has that same hometown-kind of feeling. Campbell has been awesome to us and its been incredible."

The metaphysical shop has outlast several of its peers in the South Bay, Vorheis says.
"Between here and Santa Cruz, we've lost about 10 shops in the last seven years," he says. "Us and East West in Mountain View are the only ones left."
Part of the shop's secret to success is the variety of goods it carries as well as customer service, Vorheis says.
"We are here to help people, help them grow, help them heal," he says. "That’s our primary purpose."
The store, located at 401 E. Campbell Ave. will be open Friday, March 22 from 11-7 p.m. Readings are available.
"Stop on by and see what we’ve got," Vorheis says. "We’re kind of the best kept secret in Campbell."
