People were drinking hard Monday.
Campbell Police arrested two people for being too intoxicated to care for themselves.
David Lloyd, 41, was stopped on the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue at 2:57 a.m. Monday for being too intoxicated and booked into Santa Clara County Jail. Later in the day, at 6:40 p.m., Luis Manzo, 30, was booked on the same offense on the 2400 block of Winchester Boulevard.
Tools were stolen from a garage on the 800 block of Virginia Avenue.
At 7:07 p.m. two people got into a fight on the 200 block of Rose Court. Akilulu Kefyalew, 24, was arrested for allegedly scratching a victim.
An unknown person used someone's checking account and a fraudulent driver's license on the 200 block of North Third Street at 3:30 p.m.
