Last Minute Gift Ideas for Your Valentine

Everybody knows you're busy. Day to day life has you rushing from one place to the next and suddenly, Valentine's Day is here.

So just in case you haven't already found the perfect gift for the apple of your eye or need something to add on to the gift you've already picked out, we've put together this quick list that just might help!

All That Glitters

Simply Smashing! in downtown Campbell has studs that will light up any room. The Earidessence earrings are pretty Austrian crystal and come in loads of sparkly shapes and colors. 

"They're definitely a popular item," says boutique owner Deb Rohzen. "They really do sparkle. They're uber sparkly and once people see them on, they come back for more. They make a great add on gift."

Rohzen says that both little girls and their mothers alike have walked out with a pair, so really, they're great no matter what age your Valentine may be. Earrings are $7.95-$18.95.

Sticky but Sweet

Also at Simply Smashing! ... handmade Valentine Toffee. Nothing says "Be Mine" like a Valentine that's handmade and comes with a vintage-inspired tag. $8 a pack.

Give Her a Little Red and Pink

At 23 Skidoo, get your Valentine something that will remind them of this year's holiday all year round. All women's clothing in the color of love (red and pink) are 25 percent off through Feb. 14. So if you're looking for a little sweater (like the one pictured) or a pretty dress, here's a good place to check out. 

These Boots Were Made for Walkin' ...

In Style Shoes in downtown Campbell says there's nothing hotter than a pair of boots for your love. 

"They are still in," says shop owner Adrianna. "They are one of our hottest sellers."

Mention you read all about it on Patch and she says customers that buy one pair of boots will get the second pair half off through Feb. 17. Boots are $29.99-$100.

Delightfully Frosty

Frost Cupcake Factory has a sweet alternative to your traditional box of chocolates. All throughout the week, the cupcake factory will have cupcakes topped with flowers, sprinkles and other Valentine's Day-inspired decor.

"Not pictured are our cupcakes that are topped to look like a rose, so instead of a dozen roses you can give a dozen rose cupcakes," says shop owner Andrea Parks.

Singles and by the dozen will be available at the store but Valentine's Day was the busiest day of the year for the cupcake factory in 2012 so customers are encouraged to order ahead by either calling 408-866-YUMM or emailng orders@frostcupcakefactory.com. Cupcakes are $3.25/each, $36/dozen and the chocolate-dipped strawberry topped cupcakes are $4/ea $48/dozen.
