LETTER: Lil Oscar Says Thanks for the Good Time
Campbell Patch encourages the Campbell community to share its voice, opinion and thoughts through letters to the editor.

We received this letter today about the annual and a special little guy.
Lil Oscar is our Specially-abled Shih Tzu. It was his 14th birthday on the day of the Bunnies & Bonnets Parade.
He's been Specially-abled since Halloween 2000. He had a wonderful time celebrating in his Easter Egg Covered Wagon Wheelchair.

Two years ago we built a Covered Wagon to fit over his Wheelchair, he's been doing parades and events throughout the Bay Area since. He wants to show everyone that even a "Handicapped" Dog can live a full and joyous life inspiring everyone who sees him.
He's heard of Veterinarians and other advise to put a dog to sleep since he can't walk. Lil Oscar does not agree and instead has a full life in and out of his wheelchair.

Please see the SlideShow of the parade last month. You could see ALL of his parades on his Web Site (Very Fun)! and please give him a LIKE on his Facebook Page.
We love Campbell and hope to be there again soon.
