PHOTO: A View From Below

Instead of a straight-on approach, this week's photo was shot from below by Campbell resident and mommy Nicole Salacain.

If you look at the Campbell Water Tower in the morning, then the afternoon and finally at night, it will always look completely different.

The lighting, the framing and the angles all try to capture what makes the tower so charismatic.

We haven't succeeded, so we will keep on snapping until we do.
