Report: 'Substantial Progress' in Marathon Bombing Case
East Coast Patch affiliates are reporting an arrest may have been made in the Boston bombing incident.

CNN's John King is reporting he has two sources saying an arrest has been made. One source is from National Security, one a Boston Law Enforcement official.
Surveillance video taken from Lord & Taylor and a Boston television station have allowed investigators to identify a suspect in Monday's Boston Marathon bombings, according to CNN.

Boston.com is reporting a law enforcement official has a photo of a possible suspect at the second bomb site.
Security video of the incident captured a "clear image" of the suspect's face while placing the package authorities are looking for, according to other reports.
