San Jose Murder Suspect May Be In Mexico: Police
BREAKING: San Jose police have identified a suspect in Wednesday's fatal stabbing.

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA — San Jose police today have named a suspect in the Wednesday morning murder of 21-year-old Lucas Gutierrez. Devon Bargas, 20, of San Jose is wanted on suspicion of stabbing Gutierrez on Wednesday just after midnight in the 300 block of Branham Lane East.
Police said it is possible that Bargas has fled to Mexico.
Police arrived on the scene and found Gutierrez suffering from at least one stab wound. He was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries.

Gutierrez's death is the 28th homicide of 2017.
Anyone with information on Bargas' whereabouts is asked to San Jose Police Department Detective Sergeant Bert Miliken or Detective Raul Corral of the homicide unit at 408-277-5283. Those wishing to remain anonymous can call 408-947-7867.
