SJ Man Arrested, Accused For Shooting, Killing Santa Clara Victim
The Santa Clara man was shot at least once in the area of Parkmoor Avenue and Race Street in San Jose.

SAN JOSE, CA -- A San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of murder of a Santa Clara victim in mid January near the area of Parkmoor Avenue and Race Street in San Jose.
Following an investigation, Ramon Fletes, 35, was identified as the suspect accused of shooting to death 41-year-old Matthew Cintas. Fletes was taken into custody booked int the Santa Clara County Jail on Tuesday
San Jose police officers responded to a report at 1:16 p.m. on Jan. 13 of a person shot. Arriving officers located an adult male victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he died a short time later.
